Will I be able to teach my Kids Yoga after completing the Yoga for Kids Teaching Program?

Yes! The Yoga for Kids Teaching Program by Angel Bear Yoga will provide the parents with all the tools and knowledge you need to confidently teach yoga to your children. The program is designed for people of all ages and backgrounds, and does not require any prior experience with yoga or teaching children. Upon completion of the program, you will be certified to teach yoga to kids aged 3-9.

What skills will I be able to teach my children as a parent after learning the course?

The Yoga for Kids Teaching Program will help parents learn about the different ways you can help your children develop physically, emotionally, and mentally. As parents, you will learn how to teach kids yoga, the importance of nature in child development, the benefits of yoga, self discipline for kids, character building for children, social emotional learning for kids and how to create a supportive and nurturing environment for kids.

ABY is a Yoga for Kids Teaching Program for parents who want to teach yoga to their children that focus on their physical development. The poses are designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. In addition, the program help you teach the kids how to focus and calm themselves.

Does the training program teach the parents about raising an emotionally intelligent child?

Angel Bear Yoga trains you how to teach yoga poses and breathing exercises to help children learn how to manage their emotions. Yoga has been shown to help improve focus, self-awareness, and self-regulation. The Yoga for Kids Teaching Program by ABY, will help you teach children how to Identify their emotions, how to understand why they feel certain emotions, how to respond to difficult emotions in a healthy way, how to express their emotions in a constructive way and how to manage stress.

Does Angel Bear Yoga teach parents the importance of character building for children?

One of the ways in which Yoga for Parents Teaching Program teaches the importance of character building for children is by helping them to learn how to stay calm and focused in difficult situations.
