When you show love, your child feels safe and confident. These feelings help your child grow better in all aspects. Their ability to learn and develop bonds improves. Nurturing emotional health this way in early childhood is a great way to make happy adults. 

 

As a parent, you can express physical affection/love to kids in several ways.You can cuddle, hug, tickle, kiss and even gently wrestle with your child. Say “I love you” to your child daily. Offer praise and kind words. Understand that while physical growth is easy to monitor, emotional health is harder to measure. Nurturing emotional health forms a solid foundation for social development and physical health. When you grow an emotional bond with your child, he or she does better in studies and grows many critical social skills.
