Tell your children to count their breaths and feel it every time they breathe in and breathe out. For active hearing, ask them to focus on the sounds they hear. Just the sound and nothing else.

You can well imagine how active the minds of your little ones are. They are an exciting lot waiting either for recess or for you to step out of the class. All they want is to have fun and have it in the noisiest way possible. Yoga calms their minds and makes them patient. Even after a day or two, you start using yoga, you will notice the change.
